Decatur

Decatur is full of charming craftsman bungalows and historic foursquares, especially around Oakhurst and the Winnona Park area. These homes reward careful prep: weathered clapboard and original trim need scraping, priming, and the right paint to look their best for years.

On exterior jobs we start with washing and scraping, repair soft trim, re-caulk, and spot-prime before finish coats. Shaded, tree-lined lots are common here, so we treat mildew on north-facing walls before painting rather than covering it.

Inside, we paint room by room so you can keep living at home, with floors and furniture covered and the work area cleaned up each day. Every Decatur job starts with a free written estimate.
